Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The 777 Roofing's 2026 Western Days Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by 777 Roofing ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of Oklahoma who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, Owners, and immediate family members (residing in the same household as an employee and/or owner) of 777 Roofing are not eligible to participate. 

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or who violates these Official Rules.

3. Entry Period

There will be two prize drawings. The Promotion for the first drawing begins at 5:00pm, September 11th, and ends at 9:00pm, September 11th. The Promotion for the second drawing begins at 9:00am, September 12th, and ends at 7:00pm, September 12th.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants may complete the official entry form provided at the 777 Roofing Western Days booth during the Promotion period.

No purchase, inspection, estimate, insurance claim, contract, or other transaction with 777 Roofing is required to enter or win.

Limit one entry per household.  

5. Prize

Two (2) Grand Prize winners will receive $777 in cash.

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $777.

The prize in non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each Promotion period.

The drawing will be conducted by 777 Roofing or its designated representative. 

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided on the entry form.

If the potential winner cannot be reached within 72 HOURS, fails to respond, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Verification and Tax Requirements

Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity and eligibility and complete a prize acknowledgement/release.

The winner may also be required to complete IRS Form W-9 and provide the information reasonably necessary for Sponsor to satisfy applicable tax-reporting requirements.

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other obligations arising from acceptance or receipt of the prize.

Sponsor will comply with applicable federal and state tax-reporting requirements.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, and general hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unforeseen circumstances, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity of the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unfair manner.

11. Privacy

Information submitted by entrants may be used by 777 Roofing for administration of the Promotion and for future communications to schedule an inspection if requested by entrant.

12. Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless 777 Roofing and its owners, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
